2. Payment & Deposits

  • Deposits (if required) must be paid to secure the reservation.
  • Outstanding balances must be settled according to the payment schedule communicated.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation terms will be stated during booking.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the selected rate and booking conditions.
  • No-shows may be charged the full amount of the reservation.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Use the property respectfully
  • Follow house rules (provided upon check-in)
  • Take care of villa facilities and equipment
  • Be responsible for any damages caused during their stay

6. Liability

Jaya Villa is not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Accidents, injuries, or illnesses during the stay
  • External events beyond our control (weather, power outages, transportation issues)

Guests are advised to secure their own travel insurance.
